Your pet's health and safety is as important to us as it is to you. We also think our time is valuable and should be respected as much as we will respect yours. That's why we have the following policies and ask that you please read them.
New Client Agreement
An Agreement Form will be provided to you during our initial consultation. This must be completed before commencement of all services at The Dog Park.
Vaccinations
All animals must have up to date vaccinations and be free of any contagious diseases or illnesses. Proof of the Rabies and all three Puppy Booster vaccinations as well as annual Distemper Combination and Bordatella vaccinations + flea prevention will be mandatory before commencement of all services at The Dog Park.
Aggressive and Injured Animals
For the protection of our other dogs and cats, the public and our staff, The Dog Park reserves the right to refuse animals that are aggressive, anti-social, not neutered, are in heat or that are ill or injured.
Toronto By-laws
Toronto has a By-law that no more than 6 dogs can be walked in a public place at once. The Dog Park adheres to this law and we walk 4 dogs maximum in each group.

Permits + Certificates
The Dog Park prides itself on having qualified individuals to take care of your pets. Our proof of business registration, Pet First Aid Certificate and insurance documents can be provided to you at the beginning of our meeting
Cancellations
The Dog Park requires 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of all dog walks and pet visits. For overnight pet sitting appointments we require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Guests that cancel with less than 24 hours notice for dog walks and pet visits and less than 48 hours notice for overnight pet visits will be charged 100% of the service price.
No-shows
If The Dog Park arrives to your home for a scheduled appointment and your pet is not there or you are home and neglect or forget to cancel, you will be charged in full for the total service cost.
Key policy
The Dog Park requires two sets of keys from each of our clients. Your regular dog walker will have a set of keys to use on a daily basis and we will retain another set of keys for emergency or backup walker situations.

Time of arrival
We cannot guarantee an exact time of arrival but we do try to get as close as the time you request as possible. Please note, the time may fluctuate due to inclement weather, the specific route that day, or other factors.

Taxes
The prices on this site are all subject to HST
